Floor Sanding & Polishing
Grey, scratched boards usually have plenty of good timber left underneath. Our floor sanding and polishing works through four grit stages before recoating, evening out the surface and bringing back the colour and shine.
Timber Floor Restoration
Water marks, dents and splits need more than a fresh coat. Our timber floor restoration combines board repairs, gap filling and sanding so the finished floor reads as one surface again.
Timber Floor Laying
Boards can be laid over timber or concrete substrate using plywood, batten or direct glue. Our timber floor laying starts by checking the subfloor for moisture and level, because that's what determines how the floor sits in five years.

Parquetry runs in several grain directions at once, so it can't be sanded like a straight-laid floor. Our parquetry sanding and restoration works diagonally across the pattern to lift the blocks without scalloping them.
Staircase Sanding & Restoration
Treads, risers, nosings and handrails all need hand work that a floor machine can't reach. Our staircase sanding and restoration strips back the old coating and refinishes the stairs to match the floors they connect.
Deck Sanding & Restoration

Floor Finishes & Coatings
